I keep falling for this family! I think because even with all the superficiality they still seem somewhat genuine with a real love for one another. Sometimes their fights remind me of the ones my sister and I have...except for those about getting married to rich sport stars.

Theory: I think Lamar Odom watched the show and said "hey, that seems like a cool family to be in." He talked about how he didn't have anyone growing up and now he's got the Brady Bunch. @FashionIntel: Same. I'm repusled by the Hollywood values and lifestyle, but I find their family dynamic genuine, as much as it can be in RealityLand.

Lamar does seem to be very nice (woohoo New York guy!) and down-to-earth, but his manager sitting right next to him at their shower whispering into his ear made me uncomfortable. Little too Jerry McGuire for my tastes.

And leaving out the man who raised her from childhood in the beginning as her guide down the aisle? Wow, really messed up. Yeah, Bruce Jenner is a whole other Wheatie Box of dysfunction, but that shit was cold! Unless it was staged for effect, since she did relinquish at the end. @FashionIntel: Really? They come across to me as the most miserable, unhappy family I've ever seen, who could not be less supportive of each other's successes.
