Rafa is not playing, and Michael Jackson is dead.
Although, thank you for the picture, Anna.

LLeyton beat JMDP? Congratulations to him, but I kind of didn't want to hear that either. *sigh*
P.S. Also, Anna, thanks for the oblique "Big Picture" reference (Pez People, anyone?).

And I really like Del Potro.
Sorry you guys are so bummed about Michael Jackson, I'm personally kind of indifferent but I know how much it sucks when a musician you really like dies, a lot of my faves are dead and it ruined much more than just my day.

To him I say: Lleyton, some people should talk, like Roger, and Rafa, and Marat, and JMDP. The rest of you should just shut up and look pretty.
As for icons dying, I clearly can't deal. I'm still not over Paul Newman passing; I could barely deal with Farrah today; I don't know what I' going to do at Christmas -- it is one of my personal holiday traditions to play the Jackson 5 Christmas album, no matter who is over or how many. I don't know what I will do this year.

I think listening to the music usually helps. For me it was when Joe Strummer died, I'd seen him live earlier in the year, was waiting for a new tour and album and then all of a sudden I got an email with the bad news. I was a wreck for weeks. I'd say just listen to the music, catch what tv tributes and stuff you can, hopefully not the crazy shit that's going to be on the news but like the videos and performances that'll be on the music channels and it'll get better and the music eventually will start to make you really happy again.

Yep. I'm not dealing real well with either part of that, either.
Thank you for your suggestions. They are good.
@Dogtanian: Freddie was a genius.
How is the SmallTanian?
