Last night at the Elle Women in Television Celebration held at Soho House in West Hollywood, the fashion was all over the place: Formal black feathers, vivid yellow fringe, a shiny metallic short suit. While many of the awesome ladies in attendance looked great, there were, as always a few misfires. Let's take a look.

The People's Choice Awards is the event where we, the people, choose. But at L.A.'s Nokia Theatre, we were happy to let the following stars choose their own wardrobe - they did a much better job than America:

For pure star power, variety of getups, successes and head-scratchers, the 16th Annual ELLE Women in Hollywood Tribute at Beverly Hills' Four Seasons Hotel scores some serious points. Especially for the spoonful of Julie Andrews.

The Los Angeles Philharmonic Opening Night Gala sounds somewhat less elegant when you learn it was held at Walt Disney Concert Hall. But none of the many stars cared! So, were their clothes more classy...or cartoonish?
