    I don't think that is affection. I think the cat is holding the dog as prey. The hind-feet kicking motion is a fight move. Plus, it looks like the cat keeps biting the dog to make him submit.

    Granted, that's a bit funny in its own way, but all I think of watching this is that someone ought to save the dog! #animalmagnetisms

    @TsuKata: I saw it that way too. Of course, the cat also groomed the dog so I think the lines are blurred between love and abuse here. #animalmagnetisms

    @TsuKata: I agree. This is how my cat plays with toys he's "killed" and is bored with...he'll kick (this is the move that rips the entrails) while biting what would be the "neck" of his toy (to rip the jugular). This cat has the same "I'm bored/I want to taste your skin" mood swings my cat has when attacking my arm. #animalmagnetisms
