    Apparently still to "urban" men, boring, long hairstyles and blonde highlights are Dope, yet anyone trying something new and original is Nope. Sad. I thought we were over this, my people! I mean, I know Cassie shaved her head just to get some media attention, but I really like how it looks on her. Now, how about showing some black women with the hair they were given at birth on their heads? That would Dope.

    I disagree with the NOPEs on the pink hair and the shaved head. I've ALWAYS thought shaved heads on women were soo cool but I could never pull it off. I envy the Ambers and the Sineads of the world.

    God, that believe it or not about the STABBING is cracking me up. I talked to a friend yesterday found out his roommate, on the first day of their shared living arrangement, was pooping with the door open. My friend just sort of panicked and closed the door, he didn't stab the other guy. And that wasn't just a fart.

    Man, I haven't heard of Houston in a while too. Some of the folks at the restaurant I worked at back then had that song on all the damn time. Pity he had a breakdown, and hopefully he's doing better now.

    I *love* the pictures in this magazine, particularly the candids. I much prefer these to those of people parking in handicapped spots while getting a Starbucks latte.


    That might also be indicative that the stars being photographed are not jackasses, or at least not that type of jackass....
