Girl group fashion disasters? You mean everything about Destiny's Child particularly the non-Beyonce members of the group got stuck with some terrible outfits.
I miss them all, even though I hated the Spice Girls when they came out. Compared to some of the pop music out there now, they were fun, colourful, and had so much more personality. I suppose entertainers like Lady Gaga evoke that era, and I hope to see more personality in mainstream female pop music performers.
"Spice World" aka the Spice Girls movie is still a guilty pleasure of mine - incredibly silly but loads of fun to watch. It was OnDemand in the free movies section a while ago and I watched it five or six times (while cooking, cleaning the house, etc.). I miss the '90s too - I am a little too old to be a real SG fan - but I thought they were kitchy fun.

Also, those boy band pictures made me ridiculously happy. I still kinda love the Backstreet Boys. I'm not ashamed, I think.

Top 5 reasons how you can tell the Spice Girls were awesome and Spice World is one of the best movies ever:
5.) SPICE WORLD had Meatloaf, Alan Cumming, Elton John, and aliens in it.
4.)"Girl Power! Equality between the sexes, yeah!"
3.) "Little black gucci dress, the little black gucci dress, or the little black gucci dress."
2.) Spice Force Five.
1.) The fact that if you were to see a drag version of the Spice Girls on Rupaul's drag race, you know you'd love them too.
