    Just looking at Olivia Wilde's shrug makes my upper arms itch. I would have tiny little sequin love-bites all over my arms if I attempted something like that. Plus the peachy-color makes her look a bit sallow.


    Also, this trend of not matching shoes to outfits seems to have been horridly misinterpreted by Sarah Shahi. Which is a shame, because I always love her wardrobe on Life.

    You know what? January Jones is beautiful but I think that dress is AWFUL. I have yet to meet the woman who can pull of "tea length" without looking stumpy and top heavy. sorry, harsh i know but its not an evil evil length.

    @bluebears: I sort of love tea length skirts because I am Sasquatch. I have a 35" or 36" inseam (depending on the cut) and it's nice to have a skirt that hits DIRECTLY AT MY KNEE.


    I do agree that other peoples' mileage may vary, if they are not Sasquatch.

    @tscheese: I was just thinking the same thing. Tea length is a very good thing for me. Anyone with legs much shorter than mine? Not so much.


    However, I think Ms. Jones looks lovely.

    @tscheese: :) i have a short friend who loves capris because they hit her at a little below the ankle, hence she can skip the usual hemming of regular pants.

    @dianersb: You may be of elven grace and wandlike nimbleness in your perfectly-fitting tea-length skirts, but I am decidedly Orc-like and ungainly (and I also have perfectly-fitting tea-length skirts.)


    Oh dude, maybe Frodo didn't need to destroy that damn ring after all. Maybe the answer to peace in Middle-Earth was actually tea-length skirts.

    @tscheese: I think perhaps the only thing accurate in your description of me was 'perfectly-fitting-tea-length skirts' because other than that I'm a godzilla sized creature, towering over all other puny mortals. Nothing wandlike about it.


    However, I think tea-length skirts might solve so many of societies issues. Up to an including the economic crisis and the what am I going to have for lunch dilemma.
