    Hey, let's not knock the prom purse. Until every formal dress comes with deep, sturdy pockets, the cheap among us will grab the first thing that qualifies as a "formal clutch" that she sees. Because she hates purses.And her feckin' dress doesn't have pockets. But she's not bitter.

    Holy shit is Alyssa Milano gorgeous. When I was a little kid I always wanted to look like that, in a dress that red. Like the Wayne's girlfriend at the end of Wayne's World, that color red dress. But if you're blonde and pasty that color just doesn't look as pop-y. So sad for my life. Good thing nobody invites me to benefits. Or movie premieres.

    I believe Barbie's casual Friday outfit is a mini-skirted version of that, actually.

    When you said "ankle bracelet" I thought you meant the police tracking kind, then I scrolled down. It would have been hard to match a necklace to the state-issued sort.

    @Maggita: He gave a lecture/interview, and he was just so smugly patronising and self-absorbed about everything. I rolled my eyes so much that I got dizzy. He also shook my hand and was really smarmy and leaned in really close to introduce himself, it was just - yuck.

    Kate Moss looks even more stunning and gorgeous with a big ol' smile. Leave the pout at home, girl.

    Ben Grimes double-purse: I can see how this would come in handy. Maybe one purse is for a camera, and the other purse is for gum, lipstick and tissues.

    I love Claudia Schiffer's dress and would definitely wear it. Perfect party frock, methinks.
