    If I thought they would bother to read it, I would create a dictionary for these people.

    Included would be the definition and history of words like fascism, communism, racism, Nazism, socialism. But by God the first word defined would be "FEMINISM".

    It is not a bad word people. Just because you ascribe negative values to it, does not make you correct.

    @snintn: To her, the First Amendment means that she can say whatever ridiculous thing she wants without any consequences, and in turn, nobody can say anything bad about her, ever. She can have opinions, but nobody can have negative opinions about those opinions.

    I saw Fairfax, VA and my heart just sank. It's roughly 20 min from where I live. What the fuck.

    Also, even if it's true that a male candidate wouldn't have been ridiculed as hard as she was/is, that doesn't negate the fact that she says some stupid, stupid shit. And that's ignoring the actually scary ideas she has. Ugh.

    @bluewine: You know, I work so hard at not thinking to myself that people are idiots. I mean, that's an elitist, cruel, judgmental thing to think, and probably not even entirely true.
