Holy shit.. Lydia is disgusting, all around. Has nothing to do with the beej. She's so pompous, it's embarrassing. The way they were talking to Laura actually made my stomach hurt. They're reminding me of Cappy and Yvette. Bullies with zero self-awareness. I really hope there's some way for that alliance to get steamrolled or at least completely fractured. Wow, I can't believe it's only been a week!

IMO, Tracie has had to deal with a lot of bullshit thrown at her for being so open about herself on Jezzie and on ODAT. This is NOTHING compared to that. Plus, she doesn't take any of this too seriously (except JJ, may her wisdom be praised).

Tracie's take on reality TV is one of my favorite things about this site (among the 456,789,129 others that make me love Jez).

I was so impressed with Chima last night- I'm so glad someone called Braden out on his bullshit. Also, BB needs to stop with the editing, because for viewers who only watch the weekly show, it'll be very confusing. Surely they could have left the racial stuff in and just bleeped the slurs themselves, that way at least people would know more of the truth.

Oh, and as for Lydia on the feed...she was probably either singing or naming full names, both of which they usually cut off the feed for. Big Brother won't let you sing, but last season that one couple had sex multiple times on camera and I didn't hear any "stop that!" then.

I think that's part of what makes these people lose their everloving minds. I know at least I'm singing or humming something throughout the day.

Chima just went from someone off my radar on this show to the best one there. She'll probably be gone next week, but hey. At least now more casual viewers know what Braden's "comments" were and that CBS was frantically editing them. I thought it was ridiculous that they kept showing reactions and fights that were clearly mostly about the racial slurs and made little sense completely out of context. Either have the balls to un-bleep or take it out of the show entirely.

It just annoys me to no end the different un-PC words the networks censor. Usually women are the last group they get out the bleep button for.

YES! Big Brother is a addicting and embarrassing obsession of mine. I want to get the live feed, but I have a job that takes up way too much time, and I already spend a lot of that here, and on email, and on FB, etc. So, instead of becoming a total loser and losing my job, reading this is close enough.

Now, Jessie & Lydia. Uh, whaaaaaat? I had no idea. This is all very disturbing. What does she see in him? He's so insecure and arrogant! And when I saw that Braden scene where he called Kevin a beaner...wow, I hate that guy now. Seriously. I don't really know if I can ever like him after that. He didn't just CALL him a beaner once - while telling a joke. He repeatedly said it over and over again and was using it derogatorily. He is - the worst.

And I would not have known any of that had I not seen it via people posting the live feed on the web. The TV show is vanilla and only half the story.
