    @wednesdayam: some people never grow past that stage. I've known quite a few. My favorite is when you get into a fight with that person, and then they decide they aren't mad at you any more. And they can't understand why you're still mad at them. Sound familiar?

    I have NEVER seen a clip of The Hills. I have very strong opinions about seat belts. It gets HOT here in CA and there have been a few times when I've simply taken it off while driving around town (sans AC). I was once pulled over a block away from my house and this super creepy cop lectured me about wearing my seatbelt because if I didn't "my head would smash into the steering wheel" and all my "pretty hair" would fall out.


    In any case, wearing a seatbelt under the armpit sounds incredibly uncomfortable.

    @Penny: I'm not one to lecture about seatbelt safety (because I totes don't wear mine when I'm driving only a few miles to the grocery store or whatever) but I'm confused by the hot thing. I don't see the connection between heat and seatbelt-wearing...

    @AFever: Sorry, I didn't even realize that it might not make sense. It's just with the heat and wearing tanktops, the strap gets all sweaty and uncomfortable. It sucks without AC.

    @Penny: I know what you mean; the belt is not only hot and sticky to sweaty skin, it also secures your back to the seat. If your upholstery is hot, it's torture in a tank top.

    Oh, and I was at a taping of a double episode of Oprah. It was the hannah montana episode and the american girl episode. I actually watched that shit and I wasn't even on it, despite my mugging for the cameras.


    I was so disappointed. I acted like I was thrilled to see Billy Ray Cyrus and that's the thanks I get?!
