So sure, I guess if you call anyone who performs slightly sexually on stage a stripper, than yes. But otherwise, I think there's a lot more to burlesque than just removing clothes.
As an example, one of my favorite performers is Julie Atlas Muz and she does this amazing balloon performance that you really should check out.
