Good thing I've never really had PMS for real. With my nicotine habit I'd probably cut a bitch before noon daily for a solid week.
I didn't read the whole article about dogs chasing birds off at airports, but I'm betting they're not using greyhounds. That would be like "Birds! Birds! Get the Birds! Hey, what was I doing.... Leaf! Leaf! Get the Leaf...."
Fact #8 about HPV that no one knows-- Pap Smears do not test for HPV, they screen for abnormal cells (what may or may not be caused by HPV). Ask your doc to add an HPV test onto your pelvic if you want to be sure.
I want to nom on that kitties belleh like there's no tomorrow. I know, I know, chubby kitties to that degree are probably not healthy, but they're so freaking CUTE.
Also, re: People with low levels of the tau protein (which helps people maintain good memory skills) have fewer protein tangles that are associated with Alzheimer's. Does this mean that because I can't remember shit now (low tau levels), I have a less likely chance of forgetting shit later?
I'd like to read the french appellate decision on why the marriage of the non-virgin woman and husband is back "on". I'd like to do it while drinking wine and eating chocolate and having my feet rubbed by that amazing looking ETA-fellow.
@lucyjae: My Ewok weights 15, but he looks like a mountain cat! His brother (Johny TCWBB) is much tinier, weighing about 9 lbs, and has the same amount of "fat pads". It's like their mom (the tiniest of all) screwed around with a black panther.
@Brigit: See, Pete is mountain-liony too. It's weird how tiny other cats look because I'm used to looking at him. I think he only really maybe needs to loose a pound or 2, the doctor told me 4 or 5.
@lucyjae: I have a cat that once weighed 24 pounds! He is now down to a svelt 16 (he's naturally just a really big dude) thanks to his vet's diet reccomendations and a conscious effort to get him moving. His littermate has always weighed 14 and is actually a little on the skinny side (can almost see ribs, etc). They are my big beautiful babies!
I totally know what you mean about seeing "normal" kitties and thinking they are tiny!
@DavidWatts: In LA Tarzana is called that because Edgar Rice Burroughs lived there. In fact I went to a Halloween party at his estate a few years ago. It had a ballroom.
@westvillagegirl (exiled in chicago): There's a suburb here in the beautiful San Fernando Valley called Tarzana, and when I read that, I was all DAMN, west Valley hoodlums, I didn't even know we had that many albinos.
"The National Board of Health and Welfare in Sweden announced today that it is removing transvestism, gender identity disorder, fetishism and four other sexual behaviors from its list of diseases"
It is very scary to think that transvestism is considered by some professionals to be a disease in this day and age.
