Heh. I got some Fiber One bars once to satisfy some sugar cravings, assuming one bar would be better than, say, a caramel sundae. They did terrible, terrible things to my digestive system, which I thought was weird because I eat lots of fiber anyway (in the form of real food). Apparently my experience is not uncommon. #cookiediet

Eh, no.
Also, tricking your metabolism only works for a while, and changes are only efficient if they are sustained during a prolonged period of time. Which is why diets where you basically starve yourself and eat foods you're otherwise not used to don't work in the long run. #cookiediet
