@kelsium: @kelsium: If only I had know about Jezebel when I was in CNY, it would have made the tenure much more bearable. I would have been at a get-together in a heartbeat!

Except I wouldn't call Ithaca, Binghamton, Elmira, Corning, or Watkins Glen Central, they're definitely Southern Tier. Central's more like Syracuse, Utica, Rochester's pushing it.

And let's face it, if you were talking to anyone not from the rest of the state, it would all be "Upstate."

dagit! I was in Buffalo for work LAST NIGHT, sitting in my hotel room, watching 30Rock on my laptop and eating cold chicken wings left over from lunch. Tonight, I am back home in Toronto. Have OH SO MUCH fun!

I have a real fondness for Buffalo because we share a PBS station and some other local stations. I should go undercover, a secret Canadian who knows all about the tri-state area's local news and many fine used car dealerships.

@hatepaperdoll: Buffalo's city hall strikes me as quite phallic, the art deco tower rising above its surroundings. That PBS cooperation always made me feel all warm and fuzzy. And the dual national anthems at night! I loved that!

Inebriated felines make me feel much better about my water being off and my failing at baking cookies.

I have been getting delayed Jezebel for the past few days and it really is no fun when you can't work with your comment game proper. It's like finding out about free food only when you get there, it's all gone.

So I am going to watch all of this week's DVR'S Daily Show/Colbert Report that's waiting for me. Ta ta for now, dykes!
