I'd like somebody to invent a video game based on this photo, a game based on taking a dive and just flying through clouds. There would be no bad guys and there's no way to die. You just get to float in different body formations over, under, and through clouds. And there would be pirate ships and giant strawberries. Basically, they should make video games based on my dreams. Then I would play video games.
@angharad: It took me a while to figure out, and I kept landing into the deep blue, but then I started to really like it.
I think now that they can make video games more and more realistic, they should start making them more and more surrealistic. That's what I can get behind.
@Bachelorette: I too have often seen the traffic backup on the highway in the morning, while I'm sitting on the overpass, and felt like I was diving into a packed stream of salmon. sigh.
Just ... beyond awesome. I am loving the sports-themed SJs these days.
No matter how much envy they inspire in the face of klutziness -- last time I tried something like that there was a loud splash and then an equally loud silence.
More, plz. And more Venus, plz.
(And should you desire a, um, change of pace in the interest of variety, say, more Rafa and Marat, plz. Yes! That! Yes.)
That lady is SO brave. I was too freaked out to jump off the five metre board when I did diving back in the day. My mother realised that given my fear of heights it was a waste of money and let me do fencing instead.
Wow! My word, what a beautiful picture! Man. I would frame that. That's really something.
By the way, I'm really, really loving all of these non-celebrity Snap Judgments lately. There's so much wonder out there, and I really don't get to see that much of it! What with living my life and all. It's really fun to find some of it on my Jezebel.
@ellaesther: I too love the non-celebrity Snap Judgments. I love to see the full diversity of womanity, not just half a dozen shots of whatever celeb of the week as she buys a stack of Starbucks frappes or whatever.

One of my favorites (you can technically die, but you have 5+ lives):

Alternately, how about a game where you jump on a giant trampoline, making cool tricks in the air and you go really high up in the atmosphere?
