So there's this writer who spams everyone periodically about the site "Everyone Who's Anyone." Which has nothing to do with ELLE's 17th Annual Women In Hollywood Tribute. But from Gwyneth to Jodie and a Zoe in between, everyone was there.

• The September issue cover choices are in: Harper's Bazaar chose Jennifer Aniston, Elle nabbed Julia Roberts, and, as predicted, Vogue went with Halle Berry. (Anyone wanna take odds on a "What Gabriel did was very uncool" cover line?)

• To fête the 60th anniversary of the German photography magazine Stern Fotografie, Karl Lagerfeld shot six different covers featuring Claudia Schiffer. We could have done without the blackface one and the yellowface one. [SB]
