    @gherkinfiend: if the U2 Tower isn't built, Belfast will continue to have Ireland's tallest building. I think it's 17 stories -- the rest went to America.

    I'm glad that TI was allowed to vote. Can someone explain to me how that works? I know that 'criminals' lose their right to vote and that disenfranchises much of the working class and the black community but what are the actual laws?

    @BiBiVirtue: ONly in about half of the states do you get your voting rights back. Each state has its own rules -- Maine and I think Vermont are the only two that allow even people serving in prison to vote. Which is awesome, because there is not a group of people more affected by lawmakers and laws than those in the criminal justice system. To disenfranchise hundreds of thousands is awful. Even those states that allow for voting after sentences are completed can often make it hard. They make you jump through hoops to get that right back. Glad people are talking about this!
