    Who says that it has to be a leading man? My money's on Vincent Cassel in the scene toward the end of Oceans Twelve. Exhibit A - the scene was outdoors, so possibility of acorns. Exhibit B - Soderbergh directed and he is one of the nicer men in Hollywood. Exhibit C - Cassel has impulse control issues and may very well have had/still has a drug problem.


    That said, it could be Gandolfini, Rockwell, Cusak or Nolte, all of which have the same sort of impulse control/possible substance abuse issues at some point.

    i'll never understand the purpose of bleeping... I mean, we all know -- even any prudes that might happen to be watching Letterman -- exactly what she was saying, so if you're offended by hearing the F word at all, are you equally as offended if you see her saying it but bleeped? Or does the bleeping take the edge off and lessen the context?


    I can't imagine the argument is to protect childrens' little ears, it's a late night talk show... Him and Jon Stewart should just let 'em rip already... it's 2009 and we're all fucking adults!! :D

    @rednrowdy: Oooh I hope not Ed Harris. He seems like he'd be the sweetest man ever. And he looks like my Grandfather.


    My guesses would be Mel Gibson or John Malkovich. Both of which I love, but yeah...they could have some tantrums, I think. I could see Hugh Grant having a tantrum or two, but with a few posh euphemisms thrown in. Like, 'you bloody twat'.

    @rednrowdy: I say Mel Gibson. Maybe Nick Nolte. I can see both of them flipping out and alcohol being in the picture. I agree with Kitty @ Hugh. That would be hard to edit "bloody" out of a story like that.

    @Artemisia999: It is definitely not Brad Pitt!!! Also not George Clooney. These guys are too laid back to act stupid on a movie set. Don't think it's Malkovich either. He's intense but not crazy.


    My guess is Richard Gere when they did "Pretty Woman" because Gere was totally nuts back in the day when he was A list. He is more like C list now, which is why Julia hesitated at the question.
