    My GF had a Legacy that was pretty punk rock - '84 with mountaneering/rock-jock stickers all over it.


    Yeah, I'd actually say that in 1992, punk rock is driving a hot-rodded, sticker-covered, loud-as-hell 10-year old Japanese 4x4 truck over anything that gets in your way. I drove an '85 LandCrusier back then... And built her one. heheh.

    The 90's were NOT PUNK ROCK.


    I grew up in the 70's, amidst punk's headiest days, and skinny ties and greasy hair are NOT PUNK ROCK. They are dirty grunge.

    The first thing I remember him in was Spanking the Monkey where he had sex with his mom. I've never been able to let that go either. Every character he plays, I'm totally convinced, has had sex with his own mother at some point.

    This ad seems like a misuse of funds. Are punkers who wake up at 30, tired of having no health insurance, train hopping, dumpster diving, & sleeping on the floor, and ready to get off the Cometbus & into the vehicular version of a sensible shoe(but are still nagged by the idea that they are "selling out") that big a demographic?
