This is not aimed as a criticism of this post, Tracie or Tweetbeat... BUT, I couldn't give less of a fuck what any of the twits from the Hills have to say. Ever. The same goes for most of the housewives. Maybe. Okay some are interesting (not you Kelly Bensimon - shut your trap, btw.) But seriously? The Hills-billies have to go.
And yes, I do skip over their tweets, but just their mere presence irks me.
Saddest part of Brittany is that no one gave two shits about her two days ago. I wish Hollywood would stop with the speculation and just let people RIP.
@puppy_plz: This week, I have broken up with the internet. Between this and the Tiger Woods scandal, I've realized that in 2010, I've got to get my priorities straight.
No judgment on Jez. I come here for great stories about a variety of things. But I was part of the tabloid feeding frenzy that made stories like this fodder and I think I have officially decided to quit that bitch.
Never thought I'd say this...but hellz yeah Jamie Kennedy. Women are under so much pressure, I can't imagine how overwhelming it must be to be in the public eye constantly.
@Pearls: @tinyheadache: so, yes I know what rollin with the homies is. I actually tweeted it myself when I heard. Jess stam just copied and pasted exactly what kevin smith wrote. which was my point.

@ceejeemcbeegee is not here: they probably did, I'm just thinking about the public reaction and my own experiences. I think about when I was in high school, a senior hung himself when I was a sophomore. I didn't know him and he was pretty much ignored, but after death everyone spoke about how wonderful and gifted he was.
I don't think there's a way to fix things and I do think the people close to her were there and wanted to help. I'm just angry and sad about how in death, people show emotions that maybe weren't there in life. Does that make sense?
As much as I would like to finish these, once I hit Kelsey Grammer's random Capitalization streak, I just couldn't abide by anymore use of numerals for words (I get it, 140 characters, but come on, someone died!), bad spelling and lack of spaces.
There's something about improper grammar, punctuation and spelling that just makes everyone seem disingenuous.
OK, you know what tweeting asshats? A young woman has passed on, and I think the least you can do is A) Spell her name right, and B)CAPITALIZE the B. Give me a break, capitals don't cost anything do they?
@labeled: The Denise Richards one kinda got to me. Yes, it's nice you were in Drop Dead Gorgeous (not that I remember you in it) but seemed a little tasteless how that was shoehorned in there
Edit: Huuurrr she actually spelled it right but her tweet still pissed me off
I know some folks aren't pleased with Jamie Kennedy's tweet, but I thought it was an incredibly sincere thought he posted, and I give him major kudos for it.
@madeofawesome: Yeah, seriously. Look how many people spelt it correctly saying hollow or obnoxious things. I'll take Kristie Alley's sincere tweet with the wrong spelling, thanks.
p.s. Made of Awesome, I've never seen you around here before, but I like the cut of your jib from some of your other comments. I hearted you today.
@labeled: Do you administer a spelling test before you decide to become friends with someone? Not everyone is as conscientious as you are. My father can't remember my birthday, but that doesn't mean he doesn't love me. I don't understand how you'd think spelling is indicative of sincerity.
@madeofawesome: It's also harder when you have another friend of the same name but spelled differently. You can have a tendency to spell it the way you're most used to, no matter which one you're referring to. I have a friend, Stacy, and I keep sticking an e in there before correcting myself.
@madeofawesome: OK, but your dad loves you. I mean, presumably, would give his life for you. these are "stars" who are - presumably - trying to show their concern and sincerity of grief to Brittany's family. Or something. So do it right. Unless you're so overcome by grief you can't type. So... why're you tweeting?
I'm not going to get all Miss Manners here, but c'mon, is this really proper etiquette?
Why defend someone being half-assed when someone has died?
@labeled: Why attack someone for a misspelling when someone has died? It's not for you to judge their motives anyway. Kirstie Alley can't spell at all; I'm just happy she managed to get it at least partially right.
@labeled: Yeah, I guess those of us who use a social networking tool catering to spontaneity and don't double-check our spelling when upset with just have to remain assholes for you. Sorry!
@labeled: Yes, and I never said otherwise. Just kind of pointing out that it's obviously useless to argue the point, isn't it? It isn't going to stop being something that seems a way to judge motive and to tag bad people for you, and to some of us, it isn't going to become something important when put into this context. *shrug* Whatever floats your (and some others) boat.
@labeled: I was actually agreeing with you. Because you have to admit it's almost comical that you've got someone writing about Kirstie Alley's tweet, in which she misspells Brittany Murphy's name, making her tear up and misspelling Kirstie Alley's name!
@jillpole: I agree, it it funny - and sorry that my reply came back in an argumentative fashion - this while comment thread had me on edge, I think. (And, I do NOT do well holding my tongue, which I elected to do late in the convo. But, sigh, shrug, eyeroll, it was worth it to avoid the P/A lastwordiness.)
@labeled: Well, here's my lastwordiness (love that phrase btw)... I always thought you were in the right. My occupation deals mainly in people dying and death and I can concur for the fact that getting a simple thing like a name spelled correctly is probably the biggest detail they care about.

Why do you think people choose suicide? Maybe I'm taking it too seriously but honestly, the love shown after death is 1% of what's shown in life.
Show love and care for the people you love. It could save them.
