I love Antonio Banderas, what a good husband. It's not easy to maintain a marriage with an alcoholic, requires a lot of tough love and not-enabling. Difficult.
@LawFairy: The court order compelling payment was only issued July 2007 and as I understand it, California has a 4 year statute of limitations on collections. I could be off base since I'm not from CA, but it seems like their claim is legit as long as they go after the estate.
@vulcanized: Could be even longer if it's considered collection of a judgment - in NY that's 20 years, though 10 years is more common. In any case, seems perfectly valid to me.
Is anyone else bothered by the amount of detail being published about Ryan Jenkins' suicide? I don't see why the public ever had to know how he did it, never mind see pictures of the room and know that his feet were on the floor.
I know I don't have to read it, but I just wonder how these details got into the papers in the first place.
@kabaam: YES. It all feels like more violation. It's one of those murders where I appreciate it raising awareness about psycho exes but it feels like it's crossed straight into murder-of-a-pretty-girl fetish territory.
@kabaam: Most of it seems to be coming from TMZ, which managed to get an interview (and tour of the facilities) with the hotel manager. Let's just say he seems to be enjoying his 15 minutes of fame a bit too much.
"I will see a dress and not like it. But then, when I hear it's Chanel, I suddenly have to have it!"
Sigh. Anne, Anne, Anne. That's what we call being a "label whore".
@greengrey: gg,come on now. She told you she was gonna be irrational. That's more info than we usually get from wimminz.
What else do you want? You're so unreasonable. :-)
@LucilleMcGillicuddy: The only thing I can figure is that they are going to do one of those gimmicky "long ago" episodes that shows the kids like they would have been in the early 20th cent. You know, rich and going to shows in NYC.
@LucilleMcGillicuddy: Bear with me here, because I missed the second half of last season, but wasn't there a bar in Brooklyn that Chuck Bass bought/was involved with and it was run by an old black man? And there was some kind of flashback scene involving that bar? I feel like it could be something involving that.
I truly hope I didn't make this all up in my mind.
@rocknrollunicorn: Of course, brushing up on my Josephine Baker knowledge, I see that the man would have to be about 100 for them to be his memories of Josephine.
Brad Pitt's manager says he was misquoted by a German magazine that reported he called Valkyrie "ridiculous." His manager explains, "Brad has never even seen Valkyrie."
Heh. heheheheh. I can't stop snickering.
Never have I been so happy that The Hills is scripted. If Heidi and Spencer really were considering procreating, I would be getting ready for the locusts.
@HighSchoolFearleader: If there is any money or fame in it for them, I suggest you get used to the locusts, raining frogs, and the sun turning to blood.
