    As a former STI counselor, I would like to ask Tila to shut the fuck up. It's people like her that make it so hard for people like me to do their jobs. Also, it makes it hard for people really dealing with these issues to not feel like some sort of social pariah. Herpes can be sexually transmitted. But you can also get it from kissing your Granny. Skin-to-skin contact is the culprit. Which means that anybody can get it; nuns, kids, and your slutty sister, Sarah. ANYBODY. A large portion of the population is exposed to HSV I and HSV II. Even more, for some people, the symptoms lie dormant and may never appear. Which goes to show, that just because you don't have lumps on your lips or lesions on your nethers, you still may carry the virus (this means you too, Tila). For others symptoms pop up during times of stress, illness or hormonal changes. My only concern is not WHO has it, but whether or not they do what they can to take care of themselves and their partners.

    @Ulookinatmyjunk, JOC: This is a very wonderful comment- very informative and exactly what Tila needs to be schooled on.

    Having said that, I'd hate to get herpes from kissing my Granny. It's like when you break your leg cleaning out the gutters, and have that temptation to make up some wonderful story about daring motorbiking.

    @angelesque: She's clearly implying that all three go together. Also, the phrase "I was obese and fat" is repetitive and idiotic, unless she was making the subtle point that not all obese people are fat. I highly doubt she's that into body acceptance and the inaccuracies of BMI charts.

    Feeling miserable due to weight is ridiculous in any circumstance, but especially while pregnant. Like I said, she's an idiot.

    @CherriSpryte: weight can make you miserable if you were small and suddenly you can't paint your own toenails or do the physically challenging things you are used to doing. It can make you feel trapped inside your own skin...even if you are just pregnant and know it's temporary, it can still be a trial.

    You can completely and totally change the way you feel about your body. A body is just a body, its not who you are. The sooner everyone stops having all of these harmful emotions stemming from how their bodies look and function, the better. Which is my entire point in this thing. If I did so by calling Jenny McCarthy an idiot, sobeit.

    Yes, I made a judgment call. I'm more than ok with standing by it.

    @pestified wants-a-Bush-tribunal: No, I don't believe so. I mean, I'm not any kind of psychologist so I claim no insight or expertise, but it doesn't seem that way to me. I think it's just Tila Tequila's behaviour betrays the uncomfortable fact that sometimes legitimate victims are also legitimate assholes in their own right. It doesn't mean that they aren't victims, and don't deserve justice for themselves. It just means that they're assholes who are given even more impetus to act out. Which unfortunately makes it harder for them to find the sympathy they so desperately need.

    I don't know. It's a big mess, isn't it?

    @kookla: I don't understand why she would say anything about STDs, because the public (or at least my) immediate reaction is "Well, if anyone would know a herpes sore, it's Tila Tequila..." You'd think her two or three brain cells could hold a conference and figure that one out.

    My guess is that it was in reference to this quote by Tila:

    @nothanks: I used to take ambien, and i did hallucinate a little and act really crazy. This was a fun surprise, but i never remembered it. My roommate proved it to me w/ video evidence because i didn't believe her. So crazy sex is possible, but would you remember it?
