Oh, yes. The shoes on Captain Kirk were the first thing I noticed. The very first thing. Holy smokes are those.. shoes.. are the hottest damn things I have ever seen.
Just the title alone made me laugh.
I don't know how worried I am about Chris's shoes though. There seems to be a little more flexibility about that part of mens' fashion in Europe sometimes (I know lunch was in H-wood, but it was Foreign Press, yes? :D) and IDK ... I find sometimes find my eyes and thoughts lingering on other things about young Kirk's alter ego long before I get to the shoes ...
Light brown shoes are traditionally acceptable with a light grey suit. I'm not a huge fan of the color combination myself, but it's certainly not against the rules. He needs a light brown belt to tie them in, at any rate.
While Kerry looks great, I'm not so sure about that outfit. Thats a bit low/short for a luncheon, even if you are a starlet. She could have used a few inches on the hem.
Evan Rachel Wood looks amazing, the best one for me. If I were in her shoes, age or no age I would wear the same stuff. I don't think her choices age her at all, I think they make her look polished and eclectic.
Holy Kerry Washington! Does she ever look bad?? That dress is absolutely flawless. Oh but Jordana Brewster. That...thing you're wearing. It's.....not flattering. At all.
Sadie, download the Gogol Bordello song "Start Wearing Purple." Then, embrace the violets!
Also, I really loathe bubble dresses. I hated them in the '80s, and they aren't tricking me now. They look like what happens when you accidentally tuck your skirt into your underwear/pantyhose, except ALL AROUND.

Kerry Washington, I need your entire wardrobe, STAT.

But maybe his eyes are too blue for them.
