    The only part of this ad that I like is that she answers the phone with "Hello?" Not, for example, "Help me."

    Also, I don't care how fast Broadview and/or the cops get there, unless they're from the future and were beamed in a la Star Trek, they're not beating the murderous A.J. up the stairs. The second act here is shrouded in deep mystery. #broadviewhomesecurity

    Ironically, AJ was only coming back for his keys when he saw a menacing figure breaking in behind Betsy. In a fit of heroism, he went to break down the door, and then dashed through the night after the masked intruder as Betsy's screams blended with the excellent Broadview home security system's siren.

    He thinks of this often, as he lies in his jail cell at night, and writes his mother angry letters about how "a little chivalry" has, indeed, hurt him. #broadviewhomesecurity

    Pledge - If I ever see a home-security ad where a man is being threatened by a woman, I will call immediately to have it installed in my house and the homes of my loved ones. I know what scary is - scary is the drug addict, alcoholic schizophrenic woman who lives across the hall from me, calls me "her pretty neighbour", compliments me when she sees me in my "fancy shoes" (which are birkenstock sandals) and likes when my mom visits. I know she watches me in the hallway through her peephole. Put that in a commercial. #broadviewhomesecurity

    These ads are always full of logic fails. So a guy goes to a party at a stranger's house, probably with the intent to scope it out before he breaks in and does bad things. So explain this to me Broadview, how did he miss the alarm? Wouldn't he know it was there? Therefore, him running as soon as it goes off makes no sense.

    There was one a few months ago where a crazy ex breaks into to the woman's house after she gets home from a date, but again leaves as soon as the alarm goes off. Again, makes no sense. #broadviewhomesecurity

    @EkaterinaBallerina: Ah, but a Broadview Home Security System can't do shit for the single ladies who whorishly let men into their houses, only to be confronted with his true, hideous nature when it is far too late for Call Centre Guy to save you.

    I think we all learned a very important lesson today, kids. Why did she get her house broken into? Yes, because she was a brazen hussy. Have impure thoughts about a man with the lightly chiseled good looks of an actor and he turns into a psycho. It's because she's pretty. Men just can't help themselves.     I HATE these commercials. They're so obvious. The one with the mom and kid the in the back yard and the guy in all black who's attempting to rob their house in the DAYTIME.

    But I excited for the next one of these, I can only assume the guy will have a twirly mustache and attempt to tie our heroine to the train tracks.

    But it's good to know that women don't actually commit crimes. No one will try to rob or hurt me as long as I keep a man around. #broadviewhomesecurity
