    I'm no employment attorney, but don't you have to have a history of screw ups before getting fired? Realizing that this whole scene/show/Heidi's existence is a load of crap, I guess it doesn't really matter.

    Also, I think it was partly that Spencer was at the party that caused the fake firing- I really want this plot arc to resolve, where Heidi realizes her fake world is in shambles and its mostly to do with Spencer.
