    @Gretchen: Eh I'd say it's pretty much common courtesy to make sure everyone involved knows if a shoot's been cancelled. Models get forgotten and treated like shit all the time, even if they're Kate Moss. I think she's got a right to be pissed.

    @kelsium: All the more reason to make the confirmation call. I've taken gigs through management and/or agents that have treated me like crap but a gig is a gig. If I think the possibility exists, I confirm everything. Twice. No need to set yourself up, and never expect 'common courtesy' from anyone.

    @bowleserised: @Archetype: I know hipster is a dirty word around here, but those of that fashion persuasion have been wearing headbands for awhile now (Natasha Khan most likely an influence). Plus, Mischa is faux-hipster - think faux-punk Avril, so it all makes sense.

    Regarding Versace's comment.....I have to argue with this. Someone recently bought me a really nice pair of designer shoes that were ridiculously expensive. I never would have purchased them myself, and although they are lovely, I feel just as good in a pair of $50 heels. If those heels are cute, of course. It's really rare that I see a piece of designer clothing and the quality, design, tailoring or fabric makes it worth the 4-figure price tag.
