    One hair means something is used and therefore unreturnable?

    I'm disappointed Vuitton doesn't have better service and are too stupid to realize how unnecessairly stringent their return policy is.


    If the "one hair = used" policy were the case everywhere, Marshall's and TJ Maxx wouldn't have any stock to sell and little old church ladies everywhere could no longer buy a fancy dress and return it the next day.

    @greengrey: I felt the exact same way when I looked at Austin Scarlett's bridal dresses. They were NOT exciting at all. i guess there is only so much you can do with a bridal design.

    If anyone has ever wanted to try using Kerastase products but were put off by the price, go to the site and buy the discontinued stuff. Shit is awesome and proves that there really is a difference between Suave and more expensive stuff. And it smells reeeeeaaallly good. A lady I worked for had some of their conditioning products stored in the guest bathroom and I used all of them. And didn't tell her. She was a bitch anyway.
