    It bothered me that they made her be Grace Kelly in a terrible skit about farting. They've already made the Grace Kelly observation a couple of times on Mad Men, and you know what? It was funnier on Mad Men. I'm sure she can do something besides look like Grace Kelly. I think Kristen Wiig's comment (as a reporter in the DQ news skit) "You Look Like A Mannequin" was a bit of truth accidentally seeping through from the writers. Because that is exactly how they wrote her. #saturdaynightlive

    The "I've had a great time" didn't sound very convincing. I think the best eps let a bit of the personality of the host show. Even if the skits are hit-and-miss, it's nice to see a new side of whoever is hosting. For instance, Taylor Swift last week did pretty well with that. But I know nothing more about January than I did before. Maybe she just didn't mesh with SNL. It happens. #saturdaynightlive

    @lalaland13: Well Taylor Swift does have more experience performing live in front of people. I think she was definitely more comfortable with that aspect of the SNL hosting duties and letting her personality shine through too (i forgot to add that).

    This episode of SNL was just pretty bad. January kept losing it (i suffer from the same case of the giggles when I'm nervous) but she wasn't the worst thing in this episode. That's the only new thing i learned about her, she's a pretty nervous person.

    @Sorcha: I kind of feel like she could be a bit of an anxious person as well. But I may be projecting or transferring or whatnot.

    The wrting was just horrible tonight, with the exception of that dinner party video. #saturdaynightlive

    @lalaland13: I can see her being anxious. I think she wanted to perform well, but held herself back, maybe because she feared she would make a fool of herself, or something (I'm definitely projecting right now btw lol).

    I liked that dinner party video too. But I wish they would have just been more creative with her. Or maybe its not their fault. I don't know. I just know I had high hopes, mostly for SNL for giving us such a great show with Taylor, and i was disapointed by mostly everything i saw tonight.
