Benny Ninja is back to teach the girls about posing, which is kinda crazy because I don't remember him ever making an appearance before the girls go through makeovers. The makeover episodes are always the best. Does this mean we have to wait a whole other week for it!? Anyway, Sheena, the "yellow fever" from Harlem models a handbag using what she considers to be the balance of Feng Shui. This involves pulling her leg up behind her head and putting the bag in front of her vagina. She's the best.

<![CDATA[ANTM: Commercial! Couture! Catalog!]]> On last night's episode, posing instructor Benny Ninja (why doesn't he have an official title like "Diva Runway Coach Extraordinaire" or "Noted Fashion Photographer"?) taught the girls about commercial, couture and catalog modeling. Many of them couldn't seem to tell the difference between the three, and frankly, neither could I. I know that couture is "weird", and commercial and catalog seemed identical to me, other than the fact that one of them seems to involve checking the time on an invisible watch. Oh, the other awesome thing last night was when Dominique accused Whitney of being racist. (Note to Dominique: Just because someone is a bitch to a person of color, it doesn't count as racist sentiment unless the remark is actually racial.) Whitney's reaction was priceless: "My best friend is black!" I couldn't help but think she was referring to Tyra. Suck up.

<![CDATA['America's Next Top Model': Asperger's Syndrome]]>
Heather might just be one of the best things to happen in Top. Model. History. (Well, she still hasn't eclipsed Natasha from last cycle... yet.) But really, I'm starting to think that her Asperger's Syndrome isn't really a handicap, but an advantage. Who knew that mild autism could make for such a strong reality TV personality? Tyra did! And that's why I love her. TyTy was full of nonsensical advice for the girls this week. She told one of them to "embody yourself." (And that's why I loathe her.) After the jump, I bask in Heather's beauty.

She's embodying herself, for sure.
