@aubonpam: I got a link sent to me about a man being stabbed and beaten to death and then choking on his own blood. I kept the sound down but I could only watch a few seconds... apparently it was the most disturbing thing they'd ever seen... later I found out it was a video captured on a cellphone of a bunch of youths who had murdered a bunch of people in Ukraine for fun and taped it. They are in jail now.

I've seen a lot of disgusting things on the internet but the rectum thing and the guy getting beaten to death were things I could not watch. That includes 2 girls 1 cup.

The site that the video with the guy getting beaten to death was on had a video of an Iranian women getting raped... needless to say I closed the window as fast as I could. How are websites like this allowed to function?

No because it is considered child abuse. You can't video tape yourself abusing your child post it on YouTube and then say this is America I have the freedom to post what I want.

Do you think someone who videotaped themselves breaking a beer bottle over their babies head would be able to do the same? Or someone beating their spouse?

@checkyaself: Yes, I get that. And that person should be arrested for child abuse were that the case, but I'm saying this is obviously fake, IMO. So, if this is fake, could he be arrested?

But didn't Jezebel also link to it? Which sent a whole bunch of people to watch it for entertainment sake. Granted people were watching it not to laugh to be 'horrified' yet they still went and watched it to consume some of their time.

When it comes to things like this I don't think other sites should even talk about the video (and encourage people to see it) unless it is of importance, like saying the guy is arrested. And if they do choose to do it they shouldn't post a link.

I guess my point is, is someone eating meat as guilty of animal murder as the butcher and my belief is yes. So if this guy is being arrested for these charges than there are a lot of other people who are as guilty.

If it's fake, it's funny and really well done. If it's real, the baby at the end is obviously having fun and not in any discomfort (really it's fake).

We have a horrendous ad in NZ to stop us all from drinking. They are at a BBQ, and the guy is swinging a kid around by the arms, and its all fun and game. A few hours and a lot of beers later, he does the same thing inside, and promptly and very hard smacks the kid into the side of a solid wood cabinet. I can't stand it, I have to leave the room when this is on

While I think it IS a fake, babies do have pretty impressive joints and I do recall a few attempts at swinging my little bro around by his arms when I was younger... He turned out alright. So far.

the TV flickering seems rather inconsistent. The over pixelation of the face is evident tool. And I believe there was one point when the legs go in the air and you get a sort-of green screen effect where the image isn't added to the video properly.

Also, the backflipping is impossible even for normal adults (that do not have some double jointedness or whatever).

And if I was this kid, I would have thrown up about 1.5 minutes in.
