Norwegian designer Siren Elise Wilhelmsen has made a clock that knits. In fact, knitting stitch by stitch is how the clock represents the passage of time. In a year the clock knits one two-meter-long scarf. Wilhelmsen calls the clock "365."
I think we can all agree that our elementary school art classes would have been a little bit more fun with this lady in charge — if she squeals with delight over a squiggly pattern made from a sponge, imagine her reaction to papier-mâché!
