On Wednesday, three more women came forward to accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault and harassment. One says The Cosby Show front man promised that she’d replace Lisa Bonet on the sitcom, while another says he may’ve taken her underwear.
Bill Cosby is looking for a criminal defense lawyer to fight the 2005 sexual assault complaint brought against him by Andrea Constand, a then-Temple basketball player—again.
The Associated Press is reporting that they’ve obtained a 2005 deposition from Bill Cosby in which he admits to buying Quaaludes, “with the intent of giving them to young women he wanted to have sex with.” Cosby’s attorneys fought releasing the deposition on the grounds that it would “embarrass” him. We’ll say.
Between attempting to discredit his numerous accusers, Bill Cosby is also fighting to keep old court documents sealed.
Yet another woman has come forward accusing Bill Cosby of sexual assault: Casting agent and actress Katherine McKee says that The Cosby Show comedian raped her in a Michigan hotel room in the early 1970s.
Without Andrea Constand, none of this happens. Bill Cosby is still America’s No. 1 dad, still beloved for giving us the Huxtables and Fat Albert, still embraced in too many corners of the country for telling young black men to pull up their pants, still selling out arena after arena.
