David Oyelowo will star opposite Lupita Nyong'o in the film adaptation of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's 2013 book Americanah, a story about a Nigerian couple's emigration to the U.S. and U.K. Oyelowo recently landed a Golden Globe nomination for his role in Ava Duvernay's Selma.
