Last night kicked off the Women in the World Summit (today Hillary Clinton speaks!) and lovely, lively ladies gathered to discuss solutions that advance women and girls. Usually we talk about the good, the bad and the ugly… But today it's all good.

Donna Martin recuperates!!! Tori Spelling, 39, gave birth to her fourth child, Finn Davey McDermott, via C-section on August 30. She was rushed to the hospital Saturday and underwent emergency surgery for a complication related to her childbirth. She is still in the hospital but is reportedly "resting comfortably."

• Natalie Portman's Best Actress trophy at last night's Critic's Choice Movie Awards was Black Swan's only victory of the night, even though it was nominated in 12 different categories. The Facebook movie snuck up from behind, winning three awards.

• Though he has struggled with alcoholism in the past, sources claim that Mel Gibson was sober during his recorded rants aimed at his girlfriend, and that he has apparently been sober for quite some time. [TMZ]

• Earlier this week, Megan Fox's rep confirmed that she got re-engaged to Brian Austin Green. Last night she said, "We've been engaged for four years, so I don't know why the story is breaking now like it's new."

Letters to Juliet looks, potentially, Leap Year-awful. Like, made-to-be-rerun-on-Lifetime-on-a-Sunday-after-Because-I-Said-So- awful. Even so, who knew the film's Tribeca Film Festival premiere, at the School of Visual Arts Theater, would be so... odd?
