Thank you! The Chipmunks were actually my first exposure to MJ (and any pop culture in general). In the Great Lipsync Competition of 1988, my brothers and I did a dramatic and thrilling lipsync of the Chipmunks singing "Bad". We even beat Team Bon Jovi.

Granted, it was in our back yard, and our parents were the judges, so I can't cite an unbiased jury.

@Rooo sez BISH PLZ: I went to the Apollo on Thursday! It was pretty crazy. Some folks brought out a boom box and everyone was singing and dancing. One "eccentric" lady lead everyone in a prayer (it was a little, uh, strange.) As you might imagine, it was a funny collection of people.

Very sad, though. I was a really really big Michael fan and I'm actually quite upset about his passing.
