I'm just trying to do my part to eliminate animal cruelty.

How about your synthetic fabrics. Where are they made? And under what conditions?

There is no humane way of killing animals, and therefore I don't think that 'knowing' how your meat gets to you makes it any more 'right' to eat it.

Not to diminish their suffering; I agree that people should know where their purchases come from and strive to make ethical choices, but being skinned alive is in an oppression class all its own.

PATSY: Oh, your epitomb.
EDDY: Your epitomb. What is that you want on your epitomb?
PATSY: I want: "She was fantastic." ... "Patsy was here."
EDDY: No, darling, you can just have "Patsy Stone".
PATSY: Oh, Eddy, Eddy. Wait for this. Wait for this: "Eddy: Still no thinner."

- Poor Olivier. I love him. He'll find a job somewhere else, hopefully.
- Call me crazy, but, isn't this Freida Pinto achieving too much for a chick who showed up yesterday? She's pretty, right, but, 6 months ago, no one knew who she was. And, apart from her looks, she has little to offer, apparently.

I'd kind of love to see just as much passion projected towards human rights, though. That's not in the media nearly as much.
