Evan Rachel Wood would've been a 10 for me (my GOD, that dress is to die for), but she dropped the ball on her hair. Boring, boring, boring. What was up with the hair, anyways? Angelina Jolie and Kate Winslet both looked like some first-year beauty school student did their 'dos.

I second the love for Tina Fey and Leslie Mann's dresses. Shiny shiny shades of art deco -- and they look super-comfortable, too.

Has Anne Hathaway ever looked better? YES. She looked better in red, in blue, and in black. This year's dress didn't do anything for her. And again with the boring, flat hair. Were they all afraid of being Drew Barrymore or something?

My absolute favorite AH look? THIS. As I gushed on another blog when I saw it: I want to marry these photos of Anne Hathaway. Theoretically, it should not work for me, because I don't like ruffles or asymmetrical hemlines or gold jewelry, but . . . I love it SO MUCH. Her skin and coloring and the tiny, subtle earrings and the South-Asian-ish necklace, and the grey and seafoam bits . . . AAAAA! I would kill to look like this for one hour.

Sophia Loren was not even controversial. That was offensive. The sleeves! Oh my god. My sister said she looked like a crack whore. I'm inclined to agree. She can dress as sexy as she wants -- she's still very, very hot -- but this dress was just ugly.
