So, it has been a really, really, really long time since I read the comics, but I thought Cyclops puts his glasses on to keep his power in check and he could use his power only when he took them off (or used his mask/visor).

Poor Mickey Rourke. I've read several articles that quoted him saying how much he loved Loki. Loki was there during the tough times and I guess it be nice to have something giving you unconditional love when you don't love yourself. The timing is very bad, but maybe Mickey can look at it as Loki had helped him get this far and now he needed to go to DoggyHeaven and rest.

@lucystrawberry actually *is* that into you: yes! That photo is exactly what I thought of when I read that the pupster died. I'm sure he's got lots of pictures of his dog, but that's a keeper, and in hindsight how great is it that they got it taken and published at what turns out to be just under the wire.
