Justin Bieber will not rest until he's offended every group on the planet. With the first two songs off his Christmas album he angered Boyz II Men fans, then anyone who's found themselves singing along to "All I Want For Christmas." Now he's going after the steampunk lovers.

In his "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" video/Arthur Christmas commercial, Bieber is shown constructing a mechanized doll in a version of Santa's workshop that's surprisingly permissive about breakdancing on the job. This combined with the news that Macy's holiday windows feature Victorian figures in a gear-filled landscape has led some to declare that the Bieb "murdered" steampunk. However, if the community can thrive after gratuitous use of the term "wicki wicki Wild Wild West," it can survive anything.
