The director behind "Partition," "Flawless" and "Grown Woman" takes fans behind-the-scenes in this mini-mini-doc (it's less than five minutes long).

Curious about how Beyoncé created all those videos for her latest self-titled work? No? Not even a little? Awww, come on. Director Jake Nava gives an explanation of how they made all those sexy sex sexing scenes in the back of a limo in Paris with JayZ. "Grown Woman" is pretty impressive, considering how they pulled off recreating the late 80s/early 90s for that one.

But I'm most fascinated by the bits on "Flawless," which is one of my favorite videos and songs ever. They were aiming for an 80s look with her styling, which explains why an old lady like me saw it and said "FINALLY SOMEONE ON THE MTVS WITH SOME GOOD TASTE IN CLOTHES. SHEESH." (Damn kids get off my lawn, etc.)
