Sarah Palin went on Sean Hannity's radio show Tuesday to talk about how President Obama is ruining America blah blah blah. She said nothing new or interesting, except that she might run for Senate in Alaska. Which is definitely not interesting, but at least it's new.

Palin is considering a switch over to the "Freedom" Party, which is not an actually party where people are Free to Be You and Me but some sort of conservative sect:

“It’s certainly not my first choice. The Republican Party is the Party of Lincoln and Reagan, and the planks in the platform are right for this country. I stand strong on those planks. I just wish that more of our leadership, the movers and shakers within the Party, would stand strong on those planks with the rest of us."

Poor Lincoln, the man who freed the slaves, having to be lumped in with Reagan, the Holy Beacon of modern conservatives. Anyway, Palin's still saying that the "lamestream media" is forcing politicians into their agenda (that is a literal paraphrase of what she said) and that she'd consider running for office again because she wants to "offer new energy for America":

“I’ve considered it because people have requested me considering it, but I’m still waiting to see what the lineup will be and hoping that, there again, there will be some new blood, new energy, not just kind of picking from the same old politicians in the state that come from political families that have sort of [remained?] up there for so many years because too many of them have been part of the problem."

Palin says that current Senator Mark Begich (a Democrat!) "has got to be replaced." She then yammered on for a bit about how "any American with a heart for service has to always have in the back of their mind that they would do anything, everything that they could to help the cause even if purpose if it’s something that doesn’t look necessarily appealing or necessarily fitting in with a conventional plan that they would try to orchestrate for themselves and their family."

All this from a Governor School drop-out.
