Pregnant Teen Charged with Mom's Murder in Bali: Not Loving Jail Food

Heather Lois Mack, who was arrested and charged with murdering her mother at the St. Regis hotel in Bali, is pregnant. The teen and her boyfriend Tommy Schaefer allegedly stuffed the body into a bloody suitcase, which is already pretty crazy. Now Mack is upset that her jail accommodations aren't as swank as the pricey resort because, priorities.

According to NBC News, the pair who were found sleeping at a hotel six miles away from the St. Regis after they disappeared, leaving their belongings and the soiled suitcase in a cab for two hours before the driver alerted hotel security and the police.

Mack however isn’t worried about that, she’s too busy complaining about the hospitality she’s receiving in a foreign prison. Didn’t she see Brokedown Palace?

"Heather complains about the food and that she is not being well-treated in jail nevertheless police treat the prisoners all the same," said Djoko Hari Utomo, chief of police for the Balinese capital Denpasar.

Mack’s mother Sheila Von Weise-Mack was beaten to death with either an ashtray or a vase according to police, who allege that the pregnant Mack and her boyfriend rolled the body into a sheet with duct tape and stuffed her into a suitcase. Weise-Mack's body is scheduled to be shipped back to the United States on Tuesday.

It's unclear whether Mack and Schaefer will also be extradited back the United States for trial since they are American. But if they are tried in Bali and found guilty, it's possible that they will be executed before a firing squad.
