I worked in organ donation research for a year and the reason that rich people seem to/do get organs quicker/more often is that transplant waiting lists for organs are specific to every region in the country. When you're rich, you can be on every liver transplant list in the good old U.S. of A. because you have the means to fly anywhere immediately and have the procedure. Us peons don't.

You have no idea why he got cancer. It's been theorized at John Hopkins that some cancers, including pancreatic, are caused by a virus (not HPV) that lie dormant in the system for tens of years. It could have been genetic or environmental. You have no fucking clue.
