I'd never thought I'd say something like this, but Jennifer's boobs are just too large. I remember in the book how Katniss was so skinny by the end of the first hunger games that she needed padding for her entire body. Are they going to make her lose tons of weight? That just seems cruel and unnecessary when you can just hire a girl that looks right for the part.
If a famous person was rude to me and it was the only time I encountered that person, I would forever associate that incident with that famous person. Especially if their face is everywhere.
I feel like I've been waiting for this topic forever. I really need advice.

I live with my parents. It is not voluntary. I moved back in after school while I was interning and not making any money. But now that I am making fairly decent money, I would like to move out. I've spoken to my mother about this, and she is adamant about me not moving out. She asks why I can't live at home, what I have against saving money and why I am being a bad daughter by trying to move out (yep, cultural issues) If I can't get my mother on board, I know i'll have no chance with my father.

The only thing keeping me home is guilt and pity. My mom's mother died the month after my mom moved out and she still blames herself. My mom keeps on asking me why I don't want to be with her. Additionally, as a graduation present and incentive for coming back home, they bought me a car. It's still under my dad's name. I'm also helping out financially by helping pay off the family home. When I suggested that I give a set amount every month instead of all of my paycheck minus an allowance (an allowance! Of my own money!!), they moped for weeks. WEEKS. They consider any contribution I make me placing money into savings, and I know they will pay me back but nothing is worse than having someone manage your money when you want to do it yourself.

It's driving me crazy being at home. They are not hovering parents, but I don't want to have to answer to 'why are you home so late' and 'who were you with'.

Can someone give me some sort of guidance on how to handle this situation?
I met my current boy friend on okcupid but man did that site make me work for it.

I met a guy online, he was funny so I decided to meet him for some Chipotle. (Man I love Chipotle). In any case, we're eating and he keeps on bringing up Pakistan and Israel. Also, how he is Jewish. And how he is Jewish again. Oh and stuff about how as a Jew, he totally understands Ann Rand. I just nodded politely as he kept on talking. Surprisingly, he finished eating earlier than I did. He then got up while I was still eating my burrito, says 'well, obviously we won't be doing this again' and LEAVES. WHILE I AM HALFWAY THROUGH MY BURRITO. I sat there by myself and ate my burrito.

Then about a day later, I got an email from this dude's friend. The email went something like
- I apologize for my friend's behavior. He's kinda a dick.
- Hey, I'm Asian too! We should totally date.
Needlessly to say, I did not respond.

....

I also had a situation where I went on a few dates with a guy who was someone in my social circle but never really talked to until I met him on okcupid, didn't hear from him for weeks, then he hits me up AGAIN on okcupid, completely forgetting that we had gone out on dates literally 2 weeks before.
@Miss Jade: oh yeah. They are out there. The guys you only think of existing in internet forums and dating websites - just got to keep an open mind. :)

Ya'll. I finally got some. Be happy for me (V for 25 years!). It only hurt the first time but then it was so much fun.

@thisisthepanopticon: Aw, your response made me feel so much better. I think your advice of 'act like a grown up' is appropriate in this context (and in any other context). You hit it right on the head when you asked if I didn't know if I wanted a real relationship or not.

I guess I'll have to talk to him like a grown up.

@thisisthepanopticon: basically, I want to sleep with a guy but I don't want a relationship with him. He wants the relationship. He said that he 'needed direction' when I suggested that we should stay at 'dating' status. He wants to sleep with me but he is holding back because he's not a 'one night stand' kind of guy. It's been 1 month. Should I just give up and not bug him about this? I know the right answer is to respect his wishes and back off but stilllllll. Ugh. Look at how whiny I get when I don't have sex.

Can anyone recommend a few websites where I can buy work appropriate attire that is relatively cheap?

@mass romantic: The eff. They won't let me email them when I choose the "I have a question about the advertisements" option those jerkoffs.
@heliotrollop: I kick myself in the head everyday for not becoming a dentist.
@Slim Pickin's: Right? As a (broke ass) lawyer reading this post all I felt was jealousy at that statement.
@aliasmisskat is an old married lady: Basically, the argument was that the United States was a christian nation (wait for it) because the pilgrims were puritians and all of our morals and our ideas of right and wrong come from puritian (christian!) ideals. The world is becoming more and more disgusting, and acceptance and tolerance of gays is a facet of the disgustification of the country. Once we accept gays, then future generations will probably accept bestiality." also "the eating shellfish and wearing mixed fibers part of Leviticus does not apply anymore because it is not mentioned again in the new testament. Sodomy is mentioned again in the NT, so it is still wrong"

I said - "US is not a christian nation, look at the constitution, pilgrims are not American, we don't follow all facets of the bible, why only Leviticus, (then I got into the fact that the Bible is a book created by humans and therefore fallible)"

Then the long car ride ended and good thing too because I was running out of arguments.

@DuckyBelkins: I said something along the lines of "I think most people can tell the difference." To which I got a resounding 'nuh-uh! People are stupid!" which, as my daily war cry, I couldn't say anything in response to.
