I live in the neighborhood in which this allegedly occurred. That corner is bustling at 9pm so I am really shocked by the whole thing. It is truly appalling to think anyone could be so vicious.
But the details of this situation are very strange. I can't fathom a situation where the mugger would hang out in a place as busy as that intersection to see the car the victim entered. And automatically know from the bumper sticker that she worked for the campaign (as she quoted him saying before the assault). The police brought the victim back in for further questioning today because of other details not adding up. None of this was caught on the surveillance tape at the ATM. They're searching for some inkling of it on the tapes. Meanwhile the rumor circulating locally is that the Drudge Report was emailed the victim's photo before a police report was even filed or the police were called.
Your sister should be hired as the resident Marxist jezebel. She. Is. On. Point.
Post more clips of The Paper! That's where the interesting, nerdy stuff happens.
But that is decades old and there hasn't been any huge ones recently.
I loved the look on Jill's face when she grabbed Luann while Ramona was talking about class and "ahmbiaunce."
I loved when Luann said she's never there for taco night.
I loved when Bethenny said Luann needs to get over herself and that Alex acts far too pretentious and snobby to have a party when her house is in shambles.
I almost died of laughter when the photogs didn't even flinch while Alex and Simon walked the red carpet. The hungry-for-attention look in their eyes was priceless.
I am (embarrassingly) going to miss this show on Tuesday nights.
lol at the seating chart scene. and her being hungover.
I was bummed for Ambre about the age thing, though. I'm rooting for her to win! Who knew that a definition of win would ever include getting to be Bret Michael's pretend girlfriend for the few weeks prior to VH1's press release announcement of Rock of Love season three?!
I totally agree with Stacy London, re: the measure of one's success going beyond materiality, but I also think her show is guilty of perpetuating notions that retail therapy and materialism can solve one's problems (in love, in career, in life, etc.).
