"I think Michelle Obama's use of irony in connection to her husband doesn't give anyone the right to categorize in this way and if they do it is our duty to call it what it is "racist." People of color not being able to talk about themselves or be tongue-in-cheek because some bigot might take it as a license to insult them is to me as reductive an argument as saying women shouldn't try to be sexy or push the envelope with their sexualities in a safe space because it justifies some sicko raping them."
