My one overarching rule is to never, never buy over-the-counter medication or expensive creams, lotions or treatments. Go to the dermatologist. He or she will have the most effective stuff available. Don't mess with the fancy cosmetic beauty-counter crap. It's just expensively packaged and hyped.
I have always hated when people refer to Hillary Clinton as "Hillary." Until we start referring to "Timmy," "Bob," and "Eric," that's Madame Clinton to you, sir.
@Ipomoea: Funny. I had a very avant-garde name when I was a kid (it's since become popular) and wanted nothing more growing up than to be known as "Escalade S." to distinguish me from "Escalade P." and "Escalade Q." Alas, I was a name loner until adulthood.
