"@warmaiden: Yes, that was also how I interpreted the Times quotation, that the school's policies towards pregnant students were creating an attitude among other students that teen pregnancy is no big deal, that everyone will take care of you and make a big deal out of you for it. It's a tricky line to walk, because you don't want to ostracize pregnant teens but at the same time other students need to understand that it is not really a good thing."
