How is Cate Blanchett on this list? How is she ever on ANY "bad" list? The woman has impeccable taste. And she was one of the very few surprises of the night and managed to look fabulous while taking a bit of a risk. A+++

The problem wasn't that it lacked humor. The problem is that his joke was racist, inappropriate, humiliating, and a huge abuse of his authority as a teacher.

Shin splints are the devil. I was prone to them in my running days as well.
Best thing I've found--when the pain comes, stop running. Take a day off. Rest, put on some ice packs, and take an Advil. Don't run through the pain--it won't heal.
And these stretches are the best. Do them regularly!!

I love Newfoundlands. Despite their drool tendencies, they are quite simply awesome dogs. And watching them do swim rescue training, or just swimming for fun, is so amazing. Born for the water. #Groupthink
Our landlord just gave us permission to get a dog!! With no weight restriction! Now we just have to search all the shelters in the land and find our malamute puppy! HOORAY!!! #Groupthink

I am definitely reading the main page less since the switch (though my reading has been declining as the articles have become more fashion/ celebrity focused).
I used to log on everyday for 20 minutes in between classes as a mental break. I would run down the stories, post a comment or two, and leave. Now, looking at a list of one line titles? I just don't care and see nothing to spark my interest. And the blog view is ugly looking in my opinion. #Groupthink
